TAHLEQUAH, Okla. – The Oklahoma Breast Care Center Mammography Mobile Unit will be conducting mammogram screenings for Cherokee Nation employees by appointment from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 24 in front of the Gadugi Clinic. 

CN Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance will cover the cost of a baseline mammogram for women ages 35-39 and the cost of a baseline mammogram for woman age 40 and over per calendar year. The American Cancer Society recommends women age 40 and over to have a screening mammogram yearly.
