Cherokee Nation holds electric ride and drive event

TAHLEQUAH – The Cherokee Nation, through a partnership with Nissan, held an electric vehicle ride and drive event on March 1 at the W.W. Keeler Tribal Complex.

The Office of Secretary of Natural Resources hosted the event. Highlights included a month-long rebate announcement for CN citizens and employees on the 2019 Nissan LEAF, that with a federal tax credit could equal up to $11,000.
