Cherokee Nation Career Services to host Census hiring events

TAHLEQUAH – According to a Cherokee Nation email, the tribe’s Career Services will host hiring events for the 2020 Census at its Claremore, Jay, and Sallisaw field offices.

The email states that Census Bureau recruiters will be on site taking applications for various temporary full-time and part-time positions.

On Nov. 12, applications will be taken from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 23205 S. Hwy. 66 in Claremore.

The next day, applications will be take from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 12th and Cherokee in Jay. Alson on Nov. 13, applications will be take from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 100 E. Choctaw in Sallisaw.
