Cherokee veteran, firefighter uses artistic ability to fuel small business, express heritage

STILWELL – Shane Eads, a Cherokee veteran from Stilwell, Oklahoma, has spent his life chasing his dreams and taking advantage of opportunities as they come his way. A competitive bull rider, career firefighter and Purple Heart recipient who served his country as an infantryman in Afghanistan with the Oklahoma Army National Guard, Eads is now also utilizing his artistic work with leather to fuel his small business and express his culture and heritage.
