Claremore Indian Hospital to host health insurance fair

CLAREMORE – Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Oklahoma will be at the Claremore Indian Hospital on Sept. 11 to help patients sign up for free to low-cost health insurance.

The enrollment assistance will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Conference Room 1.

According to a hospital press release, applicants will need to bring their Social Security numbers; pay stubs; W-2 forms or wage and tax statements; policy numbers for any current health insurance; and information about any health insurance you or your family could get from employer.
