Bacone hosts golf tournament for scholarship fund

CATOOSA – The Cherokee Nation is sponsoring the Bacone College Charity Golf Tournament on Nov. 9 at the Cherokee Hills Golf Course.

All proceeds benefit the Bacone Student Scholarship Fund.

Check in for the tournament is at 12 p.m. and the tournament begins at 1 p.m.

Entry fee is $100 per golfer with the option to pay for a Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsorship, team sponsorship, hole sponsorship, or people may just donate to the scholarship fund.

There will be prizes, auctions, giveaways and a new car for a hole in one.

The tournament is located at 777 W. Cherokee St. in Catoosa. Deadline for registration and payment is Oct. 26. To register, call Bacone Special Events Coordinator Carneta Cooper at 918-781-7218
