Bryan Adams to perform at Hard Rock
CATOOSA, Okla. – For the first time since 2011, Bryan Adams is touring with a full band to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the multi-million selling album, “Reckless” and on April 14, he will be performing at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.
Since its release in 1984, “Reckless” has gone five times Platinum in the United States and reached Diamond status in Canada. It features such hits as “Run to You,” “Kids Wanna Rock,” “Somebody,” “Summer of ’69, “One Night Love Affair” and “It’s Only Love” a duet with Tina Turner. The single, “Heaven,” earned Adams his first Billboard No. 1.
In 1991, he released the album “Waking Up the Neighbours,” which peaked at No. 6. The album includes the hit singles “Can’t Stop This Thing We Started,” “There Will Never Be Another Tonight” as well as one of the best-selling singles of all time, “(Everything I Do) I Do It for You.”
Adams has sold more than 65 million records, toured six continents and charted No. 1 in more than 40 countries. He earned the Order of Canada, was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, won a Grammy and is a multi-time Academy Award and Golden Globe nominee. In 2011, the star was inducted into the Hollywood Hall of Fame.
